SMOOTH UP IN YA!
Tuesday, September 15th, 2009 at 11:00am by Vince NeilsteinFor some reason I’ve thinking about Bulletboys this morning. I know “Smooth Up In Ya” is probably like the most obvious Bulletboys song to post… but there’s a reason for that, ’cause it’s the best. Gotta love the stock ’80s fake live performance video… I guess this is the ’80s equivalent of the modern-day metal warehouse video. So yeah, like, this video isn’t even that good, but you know you wanna click and let it play whilst you do other Internetting this morning, right?

#1 Why is the guitar player letting that concrete wall prison rape him? He seems to be enjoying it quite a bit.
#2 I like this song better when it was called “Stroke Me”
I was never a huge fan of the Bullet Boys back in the day, but they were a pretty good live band. Just never had the strongest songs.
God, that lead singer!!
She’s so fucking smoking hot
I howled
When he did that wiggly thing at 0:15 I actually dry wretched and had to turn it off
totally incorrect. F9 is the best BBoys song ever. :)
+1
For Real? For Really Real? Why post this ever?
reminds me of high school.
i wish i could be 17 again…and stay there.
Who?
I hated this when I was 14. It’s nice to see this second-rate David Lee Roth now, as an adult, and know that I was right..
Stroke up in ya!
BABYLON A.D. PWNS BB’S!!
Freakshow was the better album. Met these guys once and the singer is an uber-douche. This song brings back memories…
God damn did you have to blow the dust of that crusty ass mutha fucka or what.
Poison, Slaughter, Bulletboys 1991- my first “rock” concert. Sweet.
The singer looks like James LaBrie when he was younger.
Kissin’ Kitty > Smooth Up In Ya
I loved the cassette but am still embarassed by the video.
