And besides getting a new DEP record in ‘10, y’know what that means? We get the new de rigeur in-the-studio video updates of DEP in the studio! Hoo-ray!
Here’s the first entry. You don’t really get to hear any new music, but you do get to see that new drummer Bill Rymer can hold shit down (probably) just as well as Chris Pennie or Gil Sharone.

I HATE studio updates. They make the band seem like wankers an the new songs sound shit. I won’t watch it.

How come Gil gets his name in all-caps?
Saw that drummer on the Australian tour (probably was him), he can hold his own.
While Billy is far better than most will eve dream, saying that he can hold it down as well Chris, that’s a very bold statement. Grouping Gil and Chris together in that previous statement is extremely bold as well, and also untrue. Chris is a god. It will take a lot of proof to show me that someone is as technically great a drummer, as great as a writer, and just as great a musician. Very unlikely.
