SOMEDAY I’D LIKE TO SEE LIVE ANAAL
Friday, September 18th, 2009 at 4:00pm by Axl RosenbergI’ve never gotten to see Anaal Nathrakh live, but we fucking love their albums, and this footage makes me think they put on my kinda show: no one is trying to kill one another, but no one is just standing there with their arms crossed, either. All it’s really missing is a crowd big enough for me to be able to sneak some pulls off a one-hitter or a J and we’ll be all good.
More after the jump.

Never seen live ANAAL huh?
Thats what SHE said………….ZING!
HEYOOOOO!!!!
Forgive me im bored.
Congratulations, you got the joke.
They are fucking immense live, saw them a few weeks ago, supporting testament. I didn’t even know they were on, what a fucking shock that was!
That Shepherds Bush show with Testament was FIERCE.
anaal nathrakh was one of the main reasons i went to MDF a couple years back. even though the sound wasn’t the greatest at sonar (no fault of ‘thrakh), they were fucking intense. definitely one of the best bands in extreme metal for the past several years.
my favorite band of all time.
Fuckin brutal cunts!! There new record was ok
Not managed to get to see them yet, whenever they tour the UK I’m outta cash :o( however at Damnation in Leeds last year i saw Benediction, which Dave Hunt is currently the vocalist of, and it was immense. Not just because he’s a great vocalist and Benediction have made some awesome music over the years but also because Dave is a genuinely nice guy who told the bouncers to fuck off and let whoever wants to get on the stage with the band do so as “it’s as much their stage as it ours”. It rocked.
This year at Damnation Mistress are playing their final gig which features both Hunt and Mick Kenney and it should prove to be awesome, though I’m sure when i finally get to see Nathrakh it will be utterly supreme and surpass both Benediction and Mistress
These fuckers most definitely need to come to North America already.
Great footage, they deserve much bigger crowds though.
I shall be seeing them for the first time on Friday in Leeds, should be a blast.
