It is a different Kong. By the way, the drummer on that album is now Anneke van Giersbergen’s husband. Which makes this topic relevant to metal instantly. Because, quite frankly, “the incredible new noise rock band Kong” isn’t really metal. Or anything near it.

This band is dope…2/3 of these dudes are from Oceansize..and equally awesome band. And they also caught praise from Andy Falco (Mclusky, Future Of The Left) so they are A-OK in my book.

Came across these guys around the same time the Chickenhawk’s “I Hate This, Do You Like it?” video was posted. Its alright. Don’t really dig it though.

Is this a different Kong than the Dutch band Kong (http://www.kong.nl/)? I have the Kong compilation album 88•95. This doesn’t sound the same.
