It’s been a long time since I’ve heard anything on Facedown Records. I take it they are still signing generic hardcore bands that get all weepy about God.

I’m a fan of Facedown Records. They’ve signed some pretty great bands (Hands, Means, Comeback Kid, Sinai Beach, etc.) but I don’t get this signing at all. I agree that this band is average. I can’t believe they’re not on Solid State! They’d fit great alongside Gwen Stacy, Inhale Exhale, and every other average metalcore band on their current roster (Becoming The Archetype being the exception).
Do you happen to know what happened to Sinai Beach by any chance? I’ve been asking many people for quite awhile now and no one seems to know. The only thing their Wikipedia says is that they’re on “indefinite hiatus”. I love that band.
I thought Gwen Stacy was on Ferret. Also, Solid State has some solid bands: Advent, The Famine, Living Sacrifice, The Showdown, Trenches, and Soul Embraced.
