We’re all about supporting local / unsigned bands here at MetalSucks. In our ongoing effort to support your local scenes, we’re sponsoring The 2009 Blue Skies Tour headlined by the Canadian band Endast. For a portion of the tour Faceless Hulk will join as direct support. The 36-date tour kicked off last week and runs through mid-November, traversing the entire Canadian landscape. Faceless hulk is just terrible. Saw em play a few months ago with some local guys called terrorhorse. All the tracks sounded the exact same live and the singer was a little too generic for me.
As per usual it’s a Canadian tour where they fucking completely skip over Newfoundland, while hitting everything else. WE’RE FUCKING STARVED FOR ANYTHING OVER HERE, FUCK.
They kinda sound like a lot of other deathcore bands out there… although I wouldn’t tell the vocalist that to his face. He looks like he might snap me like a twig.
Also, fuck your shit. Advertising this as covering the “entire Canadian landscape”.
Maybe they just didn’t get the memo that it’s not the Dominion of Newfoundland anymore.

The Calgary show will feature a couple of great local bands called Kilyakai and We Found the Body
