Still, this was probably the best worst week ever, because:
- Devin Townsend took over our site for a day!
- We finally got around to making MetalSucks t-shirts and hoodies!
- Vince interviewed Between the Buried and Me’s Dan Briggs for the third time in as many years!
- There’s gonna be a new Pig Destroyer album in 2010!
- There’s a new Sigh song!
- Varg Vikernes came out of the closet!
So, see? LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!

Yes, we are all a bunch of negative, miserable fucks.
I have this one co-worker who I just can’t stand, and she leaves these little passive aggressive post it notes around the office. For the love of Chuck Billy, she’s probably 24 years old, you’d think she could manage to just say something directly if she has a complaint. And I feel like replacing one of the post-its with one in return saying something like “fuck you!” or, to follow in her style, “please note that work begins promptly at 8 am, not 8:10, 8:15, or 8:30. Thank you!” Because she’s constantly late and everyone back east calls us at eight, then I find myself answering five lines at once. But if I wrote one back, that would just be another passive aggressive post-it. I should probably just say it directly to her, right?
you should take photos of all the annoying notes she sends you and submit them to http://www.passiveaggressivenotes.com. then, when they’re online, write down the url on a post it note and leave it on her computer.
okay, you had some cool guest bloggers this week… and some pretty great stuff was announced… But I am gonna keep complaining right here every week ’till Eyal is back!
