During that time, I had a professional relationship with the New York theater actor, Jeffrey Carlson. I remember when Jeffrey got a gig on the soap opera All My Children – probably not the most artistically satisfying gig, but it sure pays better than theater work – playing a character who was, in no small part, obsessed with Mike Patton. I’m not even sure that Jeffrey knew who Mike Patton was at the time.
ANYWAY, a reader calling himself “G Hat” sent us this clip, which reminded me of the reference. Hey, if it got a few lonely housewives to buy Faith No More or Mr. Bungle albums, I’m all for it.
