marduk liveThe MetalSucks-sponsored U.S. Plague Tour 2009 is currently weaving its way across the country, and MS photographer Diana Lee Zadlo was on hand November 23rd in Baltimore to catch Marduk, Nachtmystium and Merrimack in action. The tour rolls through New York in a couple of weeks, and though we’re exhausted from a long Autumn full of shows we couldn’t be more excited to finish things off for 2009 with this awesome lineup.

That’s dedication! Luckily I only had to walk 50 meters when they played in my hometown :)

My band (Obsidian Throne) just played with all of them on Sunday at the Ridglea Theater. A bunch of kick ass bands, and we even got a compliment from the guitarist from Nachtmystium and traded some CD’s with him! You guys should sponsor more shows like this!

This was definately the best tour ive been able to catch in a few years!

One thing that always bugs me about the photos you guys post is there are never any pictures of the drummer. If we get to see him at all its because he was in the background behind one of the other members. I mean I know that the singer and the guitarists will get that majority of the shots, that’s a given. But can we have at least one good shot of the drummer?

Dont’ miss this tour. I caught it in New Orleans. Fantastic

My Marduk and Co. photos are just as good and better :p I even actually got a couple great shot of the drummers.
