(HED)P.E. HAVE A NEW VIDEO. LULZ!

Rejected by even the lowest also-ran nu-metal mooks, (hed)p.e. have sunken so far down to the lowest dregs of society that they’ve been drawn into the only scene left that will actually accept them; Juggalos. They’ve been touring with Psycopathic artists for years now, but somehow I missed the fact that they’ve now even resorted to wearing clown makeup. Wow.

I’m surprised this band is still even making music. This is awful. Thanks, SMNnews.com, for inflicting this pain upon me today.

        No seriously I didn’t like them from day one either. Hated them actually. Then once at a house party, their shit was playing and it fit the vibe perfectly. And since then I can’t help but like ‘em.

    So I just looked it up on the wiki-machine. The P.E. stands for “Planet Earth.” And apparently “Hed” stands for higher thought. So, is “Hed” another language for “higher thought,” or am I missing something?

    Hed PE was never a very good band to begin with, even as far as rap metal bands went, and the fact that they are still around is something of a miracle. I suppose it makes sense that they would try to appeal to the Juggalos… they always appealed to the lowest common denominator anyway.

    And I am actually rather grateful that this is blocked here at work. Something tells me that this video is going to be crap.

    I have liked Hed P.E. for a long time and I still think they are pretty good. I havent been paying much attention to their last couple albums though, been too busy finding more and more Metal bands. Their best albums were in the early days though. And just because i like them doesnt mean that i have low standards by any means, I am just open minded and like what I like. I dont care much for the hippie attitude and the whole thing with the signs but they are who they are, I am not there so it doesnt affect me.

    You know, it makes me feel old that I remember their first Church of Realities EP, which, I thought was some rather solid funk/nu-metal at the time.

    But then nu-metal faded out of the mainstream and got stuck in the midwest, where most of the fanbase’ music tastes stopped developing after grade school. And so (hed)P.E also stopped developing as musicians and songwriters.
