THE METALLICA/MEGADETH FEUD RENDERED AS FINE ART

Suckalo Adam Ellsworth sent us the below photo of a painting a friend made for him. That’s a good friend – the painting is apparently an EPIC 30” x 30” without the frame. It portrays, in Adam’s words, “Dave Mustaine fighting a manticore with James Hetfield’s face while Vic Rattlehead cuts off Kirk Hammett’s hair in the background.”

And there’s the Metallica/Megadeth feud summed up in a nutshell. A beautifully rendered, absolutely haunting nutshell.

If Dave Mustaine doesn’t make that the cover of the next Megadeth album, then he must be high.

        hey, community colleges provide a perfectly worthwhile, inexpensive alternative to state and even private schools. that being said, I didn’t go to community college, nor do I hold an art degree of any kind.

        how much authority would I need to have before my opinion mattered to you? aren’t you just perpetuating the stereotypical need for an untouchable authority on criticism, taking the power of criticism away from ordinary people? if so, you can take your undeserved elitist attitude and fuck right off.

        That is certainly one of the most retarded policies ever invented. There’s no logic behind it. Well actually, there’s some twisted business logic at work. They don’t allow you re-entry because if they did, people would leave to buy reasonably priced drinks when they got thirsty instead of paying 4 or 5 bucks for a regular sized bottle of water. It’s fucked up.
