THE INSANE CLOWN POSSE MADE A FEATURE LENGTH WESTERN? AND A GANSTA MOVIE?!?!

Last night reader Antipope Zosimus e-mailed us the simple message “You know about the feature length Insane Clown Posse western, right?” And I don’t know about Vince, but, no, I most certainly did not know that ICP made a feature length western, entitled Big Money Rustlas. (Un)Luckily, Antipope included a link to a trailer… which is pretty much the funniest thing ever. What’s the logic here? Why are some people dressed as clowns and others aren’t? Do Juggalos really wanna see one of their beloved play the hero while the other plays the villain – mightn’t they rather see a Lethal Weapon-style buddy cop comedy team-up? IS THAT JIMMY HART?!?

BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE!

/Film has brought it to my attention that ICP have actually made a feature length film before – this one seemingly a gangsta epic, entitled Big Money Hustla$. (Ah, I see what they did there. Clever.) It once again seems to pit the members of ICP against one another, which I don’t understand, but then again, clearly I’m not ICP’s target audience, as my mother and father are not cousins.

Big Money Hustla$ is available on Netflix, where it is described for being fans of such films as Heat and Tina Turner: One Last Time. If you’re all on very, very good behavior, maybe I’ll try to suffer through it and do a write-up for you.

    Spare yourself from a review of Hustlas. I’m ashamed to admit that I sat through it. I laughed all of once. The rest of it was just a horrible mish-mash of bad cameos, bad acting, and screen time for ICP flunkies Twiztid.

    I don’t have any sound on my work computer, but after just watching the trailer for their western, I can tell it’s worse than ‘Constantine.’ Now that’s a hell of an accomplishment!

    I give ICP credit though, they’re not idiots. They know that their idiotic inbred redneck fanbase will go see this movie, buy the DVD and Blu-Ray, buy the soundtrack, and buy the special edition Big Money Rustlas clown paint. (that’s gotta be a real thing)
    And yeah, I agree with Oscar. I didn’t know there was another level of hate that I could have towards these fucking wastes of skin.

    OK, I just finished reading the youtube comments on the trailer. I was right in my previous post. There asshole fanbase is eating this shit up. How can someone watch this trailer and think that there is anything good about this????
    Fuck, now I know how movies like Soul Plane and Epic Movie make it to the theatres.

    you wouldnt understand unless you were a juggalo, yeah these movies are embarrassingly low quality and cheesy and poorly scripted, but to a juggalo, its entertaining to watch their heroes make a movie on their terms with who they want to make it with. its hilarious to witness a group of people JUST discover big money hustlas, i saw it almost 10 years ago! saw the rustlas trailer at the gathering this year, just before Vanilla Ice and Colio played.

      I’ve read Mick Foley commenting on this movie before. He said the only reason he did it is because it allowed for him to get a SAG membership, and thus, access to one of the greatest healthcare plan in the US. Can’t blame him for that…

    See, here’s my thing with ICP. Their music sucks, which should be enough to hate them, but its not why i hate them. Every band on their label deserves to die, but thats not why I hate them. I mean, for crying out loud, their sthick is so retarded, but yet, still not why I hate them. What really seals the deal is how militant their fans are. As someone said before, they really are like Nazis. Theres a pretty big fan base where I live, and these guys will literally kill you if you even say so much as “Yeah, their music is not for me.” One time walking down the street some guy with a wirey beard and a greasy ass wife beater sitting in the back of his pickup starts yelling at me (pretty much poster child for the fans). Take out my headphones and the guy, for no apparent reason, is yelling “ICP???? ICP!!!!!!” at me! The guy starts running at me and of course I book it and get away from him (due to the fact that his lung capacity must be slim to none), but seriously, what the fuck?!?! Any band that creates fans like that deserves to be burned at the stake. Fuck ICP.
