AMERICAN CARNAGE TOUR RESCHEDULED

Monday, February 1st, 2010 at 10:14am by

Following its postponment last month due to Tom Araya’s need for back surgery, Megadeth, Slayer and Testament have re-scheduled the dates for their American Carnage Tour. The shows will now take place this summer, which strikes me as somehow more appropriate… I don’t know why. I’d just rather go watch these three bands in warm weather than nice-to-mediocre weather.

Wait so they’ve reschedualed the Canadian tour as well? So my ticket should be honored at Heavy MTL then?

  • Facebook User

  • shreddy_lee

what?! Kansas City, im driving from KC to Chicago cause i got tickets for 6 of my friends and I. FFFFFFFUUUUUUUU

  • Coop

Son of a bitch! The El Paso date got cancelled. Goddammmit..

    • AATHD

      FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!

      Yeah, that sucks

    • Bass

I had a ticket for that too. But I’m assuming it’s only going to be postponed until even later, because whatever else is happening at the El Paso colliseum interferes with it being rescheduled with the rest of the dates.

  • Canada

Nice, Going to Parc Jean-Drapeau instead of Bell Center in Montreal is awesome.

Outdoor show are so much better then indoor

  • Dying Feetus

Awesome, a KC show. I was gonna have to drive all the way to Louisville and thats an 8 hr drive from my shitty little cracktown in SW MO.

they moved my show from saturday to sunday, fucking lame. at this point id rather see the rust in piece tour , but the closest that comes is 2 hrs away. double fucking fail.

    • Discipleofthewatch

They moved my show from Friday to Monday, which is very fucking lame, but I’m going anyway.

  • Elpants

So glad I get to see the Megadeth, Testament and Exodus show instead of this shit pile.

  • http://lavidastrangiato.blogspot.com/ Jake Strangiato

So, is the Houston show still on?

    • Sly

Doesn’t look like it. Which absofuckingloutely fucking blows..

      • http://lavidastrangiato.blogspot.com/ Jake Strangiato

That is horseshit. Sure, Megadeth/Exodus/Testament are playing Austin, but Megadeth bores the hell out of me (although them are playing “Rust in Peace” in its entirety is a nice touch), I’ve already seen Exodus, and while I like Testament, I’m on a tight budget and don’t want to pay $30+ bucks for that show, especially when I need to save for Nile/Immolation, Dropkick Murphys (not remotely metal but I’m a huge fan), Overkill/Vader, and Obituary coming up.

wooo yeah! Even though I’ve seen Slayer and Megadeth in the past year, I’ll totally go again, if not just for Testament.

Finally a killer tour in the Twin Cities. I love it.

  • inhumanrampager

Hey uh, edit that. The Tsongas Arena is in Lowell, MA…..unless the show got moved to Boston.

  • Facebook User

I live a five minute drive from the show at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

  • dick?

even though i knew this was happening.

i just shit myself from excitement.

    again.

  • Mike

What the fuck? The farthest South East they go is Kansas?

I don’t care for Megadeth, but SLAYER. And Testament. Goddamnit.

  • F. Silvian

Ooh its Mustaine! You get Ellefson back but what the hell? Are you guys gonna play RIP in its entirety. Dickehads. Doin’ it fer th’ money!

One or two more years, Dave and you’re goddamn back will give out and you can ‘retire’ with a solo record. that’ll be another Megadeth album in disguise! ROBOTS IN DIGUISE

  • erik
