They aren't bad. I do agree that the vocalist is a little weak, but I think it kind of works for them in their own way. They are very talented, there is no disputing that. It reminds me of the smaller hardcore bands I used to listen to as an angry teenager. The vocals are really raw and desperate, which, I think, works extremely well with the atmosphere of the band. At first I was a little skeptical b/c the beginning of the first track I played, "sleeping...," was a little too reminiscent of Slint, but they're definitely not a copycat band.
