Mr. Awesome! Here’s his winning entry:

I deserve to win the tickets because the first time I had sex, Magrudergrind was playing in the background and I lasted for the full length of one of their songs.

For actually managing to make me laugh, Mr. Awesome wins a pair of tickets to tomorrow’s Misery Index/Magrudergrind/Mutant Supremacy show at Union Pool in Brooklyn. Congrats, Mr. Awesome… and have an awesome time (see what I did there?)!

    Saw Magrudergrind last night at the Wilson Ruritan, it was an awesome show. Even got a shirt with Carlton from Fresh Prince on it.

    i’m not a big fan of the bands, but i may go just cuz i haven’t been to a show all month. currently nothing else on my show calendar til atlas moth/coalesce 3/8.

    brooklynvegan makes no mention of this show, which is funny, considering some of the crap they do mention. the other day they included eric clapton in shows of the day. do people old enough to know eric clapton songs know what a blog is?
