First Marduk front dude Mortuus hit a kid who jumped on stage to try and hug him, then The Black Dahlia Murder’s Trevor Strnad followed suit; now some guy jumped on stage during a recent Kittie performance and tried to kiss front lady Morgan Lander… and she cracks him in the balls! So for once, a fan got a beat down and he actually deserved it.
Only problem is, it’s not a fan this time – it’s Tyler Whore, bassist for Sucked by a Sucking Suck. He’s apparently friends with the band. Guess Lander didn’t recognize him? Either that, or it was, uh, a Freudian slip, I guess.

Anyone who jumps on stage and trys to get in anyway physical with someone without obvious invitation deserves to get punched/kicked/judo flipped. Same with fans running on a field of play, you don’t know what thier intention is and there is no reason to let them have a chance at doing harm if they intend it.

Disagree: I think they have been suprisingly adaptive, even if not very skilled, the whole metalcore evolution, as evidenced in part by the music that can be heard in this video. This stuff sounds nothing like the shit they were doing a decade ago.

I hate to admit how awesome this band was this past weekend. I went to the show planning to heckle them for a song or two after God Forbid and….then they blew God Forbid off the stage. I’m in fucking shock…my world has been turned upside down. Its like seeing the fat girl you made fun of in high school 10 years later and she’s a supermodel.
Kittie is a band that’s not amazing on CD half the time but live they can blow most bands away. I’ve seen them like 6 times they kick ass.
I agree with dave, I caught their show because I went to see Soil and they kicked all form of ass. Tara Mcleod plas the F*ck out of her guitar.
