COOKING CONTAMINATED EPISODE 2, FEAT. ATHON AND JAMES FROM BLACK TUSK
Welcome to the second installment of Cooking Contaminated, the brand new heavy metal cooking show brought to you by MetalSucks and your host, Eli Shaika! This episode’s guests are Athon and James from Savannah metallers Black Tusk, who bring their road-tested stuffed blue cheese burger recipe to Eli’s kitchen, along with their own home-made barbecue sauce.

Vinegar Red Onions:
1 medium red onion sliced fine (do not slice like James from Black Tusk!)
1 tspn granulated sugar
2 cups vinegar
Dark-Ass Beer BBQ Sauce
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup dark brown sugar
4 oz tomato paste
6-8 oz dark stout beer (the darker the better)
Stuffed Blue Cheese burgers (makes 8-12)
3lbs 80/20 ground chuck
1 tspn cayanne pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbspn sea salt
1 tbspn onion powder
mix together with hands….HANDS!!!!
Blue Cheese Filling
4oz of blue cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
Beer of Choice: Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale
