Welcome to the third episode of Cooking Contaminated, the brand new heavy metal cooking show brought to you by MetalSucks and your host, Eli Shaika. This episode features a special crab cake recipe concocted by guest shredder/cooker Jason Netherton of Misery Index, with a side of roasted corn and Creole melted butter sauce! Those juicy morsels of delicious sea goodness look soooo good. Jason is welcome over to the MS Mansion to cook for us any time he’d like. I hear there’s some good bird-watching to be done from our roof… hmmm….

CRABCAKES (makes 4-5)

1 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon old bay seasoning

1 lb lump crab meat

CAJUN CORN’

5 ears of corn
1 cup butter
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
