    Did he died?

    • Kuranes

It’s a band named after the wrestler, not the wrestler himself.

    • deanerhead

      You baited that hook already.

      • Dirtman73

        And amazingly, it keeps working.

  • Gatsu

Hmmm. It’s OK, not convinced yet though.

  • Howie

What the hell do I do if I, say, just want the CD?

    • msv81

      Two options;

      1) Buy it and support the artist, preorder available @ Vitriol Records Website. It’s available for $12, you get a vinyl and CD version of it.

      2) It’s been available for download on the net for a while now, if you’re into that sort of thing.

      • Howie

I’ve already downloaded 6 songs but I prefer to actually own the CD. I don’t have any need for the vyni

        • Howie

*vinyl, because I don’t have a record player. $12 is tough to beat but I was hoping there was an option for just CD.

  • jethr0skull

It can’t be as Awsome as the macho man’s album.ooooo yeeeah,be a man hulk.

    • Strapping Young Lad

Hulk Hogan’s album was pretty sweet too. I put it on during our family Xmas party this year and no one seemed to notice. best. Xmas. Ever.

This entire album is fucking amazing.

maybe it grows on me, but this song bored me to death.

    • The I

Yeah. Maybe it would be listenable if their singer was a bit more interesting.

  • CtrlZ

I don’t get naming your band after a famous person, all it does is make me judge the band before I even listen to them.

    Harvey milk
    Owen Hart
    Dillinger
    Tony Danza

I’m sure there are others, but I seem to have this bias against listening to bands that do this. Not saying their music isn’t good, just seems weird to me.

    • canea

I’m curious about this too. Why is the band named Owen Hart? I understand he’s a wrestler, etc. etc. but it seems like a silly name for a band of this type.

      • calebzia

        apparently, slayer was already taken

    I am not amused

  • SourDeez

I had never heard of this band before, this smokes assholes for breakfast. I love the production, it’s punchy as fuck.

  • IIAANN

Another potentially decent band ruined by a HORRIBLE “singer”

    • Ron Deuce

Music is good, vocals not so much

    • http://newmetalrelease.blogspot.com New Metal Release

Well, I was just thinking the same, guitars are prety well harmonized, but the singing isn’t as good. Although it sounds as if they’re taking the mick out of the metal clichés. It’s a series of metal, trash, speed … patterns + screaming, growling

  • mark

I get it. Just not feelin it

  • grymboner

This sounds like just another BDM clone. Why don’t you fap over something fresh for once?

    • grossj

      You’re a fucking idiot.

    • mediocremetalguy

      really?
these guys are way above deathcore shit.
i see it revolving around hardcore ethics with a really badass tounge in check metal sound. its metal for the sake of being awesome. its isnt entirely original because i dont think its trying to prove anything, apart from being as cool as shit. also im a total fan boy for anything vitriol.

  • Tim Requiem

What’s up with all the griefing over the vocals? On first listen, I immediately want more.

  • Summoned

    Meh.

  • Adam

    Been there, done that

  • Drummer420

Damn im really impressed by the band. Never heard of them before but I knew this would have to be epic when you name yourself after Owen Hart. I can’t really slap a subgenre on these guys and thats a good thing. Im kind of fed up with a lot of the deathcore thats been going around. Im not even really sure what to call them but this is brutality, and this is how metal bands should strive to sound like today! Maybe il look into getting an album.

Less riff-salad than, say, Decrepit Birth, but also half as interesting

    i enjoyed it.
