‘Cause that’s when not one but TWO new Devin Townsend albums, Deconstruction and Ghost, get released… at least in Europe. No word on release dates elsewhere, although hopefully his label, InsideOut Music, will recognize that having different international release dates in 2011 is completely fucktarded.

    i’m really glad that all four DTP albums weren’t released within one year, as was originally planned. i love that they were spaced nicely so that Devin could tour last year and still have a ton of time to put work into Ghost and Deconstruction – watching the youtube videos of the making of Decon, you can tell that it was an intense labor of love. violent love. i can’t wait to hear this stuff.

      i don’t think so…i think they recorded a lot more material for both albums than what actually made it onto the discs. Dev will be releasing all the b-sides from all four albums on a bonus disc(s?) as part of a box set later this year, or so i’ve read.

    I saw Devin Townsend Project live for the first time on Saturday. Oh. My. Fucking. God.

    I knew he was good on record, but I had no idea he’d be THAT good, not to mention that funny, live.

    20 June cannot come quickly enough, nor can November when I get to see Ki and Ghost performed in their entireity at Union Chapel.
