Dave Grohl has been known time and again to be part of the endangered species known as “The Cool Rockstar.” Dude is a household name and could probably buy and sell this website and everyone who reads it ten times over, but time and again he manages to convey one simple idea — that he is awesome.

Well, he’s done it again.

And now I’m just that much more excited to see Grohl and his Foo Fighters live in September. HIGH-FIVES!

    He’s a class act for sure. I was at a FUGAZI show and Ian got hit in the face with a shoe. He called the guy up there asked him how much he paid to get in. Fugazi always charged $6. He then reached into his pocket pulled out the money gave it to the guy and told him to get the fuck out! It’s just cool to realize that they still pay attention to the show and whats going on for the fans.

        Dave Grohl is not an idiot – he’s been playing shows since before some of you pipsqueaks were even born – he could clearly see the guy was being a prick and had him ejected.

      I hate hardcore dancing at metal shows. Every time I see some douchebag running around in a circle whirlwinding their arms or throwing kicks up to head level in skinny jeans because their balls are microscopic, I bullrush them to the side of the pit and try to start a circle pit or a real moshpit because hardcore dancing makes you look like a brain-damaged tourettes’ patient trying to combine karate with ballet.

    I don’t care for this. Not that the kids should be allowed to fight, but the security should be the ones throwing people out. Having no idea what actually happened, Dave Grohl just cursed out and ejected someone who paid money to watch him play. I’ve seen this happen at shows before, and it never sits well with me.
