NICK OLIVERI MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR AWHILE

Hey, remember last month, when Nick Oliveri held his girlfriend hostage and got into a four-hour standoff with a S.W.A.T. team? Well, guess what? The cops found coke and meth in Oliveri’s home. Shocking, I know.

So while we may never know the cause of Oliveri’s inappropriate behavior, we do know he may be going to prison for a long, long time.

From TMZ:

“Oliveri is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with a firearm, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of resisting, obstructing or delaying a peace officer.

“If convicted on all counts, the 39-year-old faces a max of 15 years in prison.”

Of course, Oliveri is a semi-celebrity living in Los Angeles, so the chances that he gets the maximum sentence are pretty slim. I mean, Lindsay Lohan basically keeps snorting coke off the judge’s gavel and they just keep giving her probation, so I can’t imagine anyone’s gonna care that Oliveri was holed up in his apartment with drugs and guns and a crying woman who feared for her life while a fucking S.W.A.T. team figured out to break-in without anyone getting killed. Yep, just another run of the mill misunderstanding in good ol’ L. of A.
