SH*TSTAIN ON THE ASS OF THE SH*TSTAIN: FORGET MY SILENCE

That’s right: I’m actually categorizing Forget My Silence as a class below our usual Shitstains on the Ass of the Universe. Why? Because in the first minute of their song “This is Only the Beginning,” they blatantly rip off Attack Attack!’s riff from “Stick Stickly” and Miss May I’s riff from “Forgive and Forget.” In other words, this band is so shitstain-y that they looked at other shitstain bands and said, “YEAH! We need to be doing THAT!”, and then made no effort whatsoever to find their own unique shit with which to stain.

And like I said, that’s just the first minute of the song. I basically gave up around the 1:05 mark. For all I know, if I’d stuck with it, they’d start aping a Motionless in White song, too.

At least they have the word “forget” right there in their name, eh?
