THINGS I LEARNED FROM WATCHING THIS VIDEO BY THE AGONIST

This video by The Agonist is called “How to NOT Steal an album!,” which is an important message with which I agree. Except that at no point did this video teach me how to not steal an album. What it teach me was —

1. Whomever was operating the camera had the thoughtfulness to instruct Alissa White-Gluz to look off into the distance and then turn to the camera when she starts speaking*, but did not have the thoughtfulness to cut out the audio of her saying “Go!” at the beginning.
2. It’s pronounced “Ah-lee-sah,” not “Ah-lis-ah.”

So… yeah.

*Because that’s never cheesy. I mean, what do you want the poor girl to do, just be looking at the camera when the shot starts like she’s not a busy lady with a lot on her plate right now?
