ANDREW W.K. HEARTS MY LITTLE PONY

So apparently there are men old enough to have pubic hair that collect My Little Pony dolls, and these men call themselves “Bronys” (or I guess “Bronies”). And, oh yeah, Andrew W.K. is one of them. Sez Metal Insider:

“…the ‘Party Hard’ singer has just been confirmed to speak at the Canterlot Gardens, a three day convention for the animated show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic... [where] he’ll be taking part in a panel that is attempting to answer the question ‘What Would Pinkie Pie Do?’”

And I don’t really know why this should surprise anyone — Andrew W.K. has always been pretty weird, and I’d wager he 110% supports anything with the word “bro” in it. But I still think this is news worthy, for three reasons:

1. Whatever your terrible dorky hobby is that you hide from girls, there are dudes out there with a hobby way, way worse.
2. There is now a subculture which may be even stupider than Juggalos.
3. We now have a new euphemism for dumb people: Bronies.
