Rotten Sound Find “Salvation”

Rotten Sound have released a lyric video for the track “Salvation,” from their forthcoming EP Species at War. And don’t get me wrong when I say that the lyric vid is hilarious — I don’t mean it as a sign of disrespect to Rotten Sound. I mean, this song will totally break your knee caps and drag you through a pit of broken AIDS needles — it’s a winner.

No no no, what I find so funny about the lyric video is that even with the words right in front of me, I still can’t understand what the hell vocalist Keijo Niinimaa is saying. Because in addition to that fact that Niinimaa is a) screaming and b) screaming really fast, his voice is also covered in a thick layer of distortion. It almost makes me wonder if these really ARE the lyrics to the song, or if they just put some random shit there because they knew people wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

ANYWAY, you should definitely listen to this tune, ’cause like I said, it slays:
