Watch Thirty-Four Seconds of Rob Zombie’s The Lords of Salem

Deadline has debuted a very, very short clip from Rob Zombie’s The Lords of Salem… so short that I wonder what the point of releasing it even was. I guess just to keep it in the public consciousness.

But it’s really hard to tell anything about the movie from the brief slice of a scene — other than that Zombie does indeed appear to be on a Kubrick kick. The framing, the camera movement, the Eyes Wide Shut-esque lighting, and the dry gallows humor all scream “Kubrick!”
