Mumakil Take a “Wrong Turn”

Mumakil, the only metal band the very mention of whom gets this stuck in my goddamn head, have released a lyric video for the song “Wrong Turn,” from their new album, Flies Will Starve. I like Mumakil a lot and I like this song a lot, but I actually kinda wish I couldn’t understand the lyrics. ‘Cause the theme of the song basically boils down to “work sucks.” Which is true, but it doesn’t suck as bad as, say, being homeless and starving, so, y’know. We all need a little perspective sometimes.

Flies Will Starve comes out June 25 on Relapse.
