Aw Crap: Godflesh Tour Delayed?

Well fuck. It appears that visa delays have whammied yet another awesome tour: Moments ago, the Oakland venue where Godflesh was set to perform on October 26 confirmed rumors that the show must now be moved to a new date. And if it’s true that late paperwork is the problem, then it’s likely that the whole tour won’t be possible. Which is a real boner-breaker cuz fans have already waited so long, and cuz the month-long tour’s support band was to be awesome Nails. These shows were going to be historic! Now they’re just history.

For now, let’s lobby our elected officials to hire additional staff to process this stuff faster. Or maybe an administrator whose only task is to rubber-stamp visas for our favorite bands :) More details soon!
