Thou Shalt Stream Thou’s Heathen

NPR is streaming Thou’s new album, Heathen, in advance of its release next week. I’m having serious issues with NPR’s music player, so I’ve only been able to listen to a few of the songs, but I wanted to make sure you all know about it anyway, ’cause Thou are a good band, and ’cause maybe you’ll have more luck than I’ve had thous far.

In any case, what I have heard suggests that the title Heathen is certainly appropriate; we’ve all heard the bit about the metal album that, when played backwards, will summon Satan, but this one sounds like just playing it forwards could have the same result.
