Exclusive Full Album Stream: Cormorant, Earth Diver

No disrespect meant to former Cormorant frontman/bassist Arthur von Nagel, but reports of his departure from the band greatly impacting the quality of their music have been greatly exaggerated. Hey, OK, we’re guilty! But this is one of those times when we’re perfectly willing to eat crow: give us yet another excellent Cormorant album over the ability to say “told ya so!” any day of the week.

And Earth Diver is most certainly excellent! Sure, it’s a little different, but you can only expect as much when a band loses a key member, and this is precisely the kind of evolution you hope to see from bands whose music you enjoy; different, but the same, the next step in an evolution.
