Watch this Ripping Live Video of Shining Performing “Blackjazz Rebels”

Shining are the kind of live band that make you go “wow.” Razor-tight from note one, perfect sound, uncontainable energy and unbridled intensity — these aren’t easy things to do when you’re playing in small clubs, but that’s exactly what they did when I saw them play Saint Vitus in Brooklyn last fall.

The band’s new video for “Blackjazz Rebels” captures what it’d be like to see them at a larger venue, and, well, it’s pretty much the same… just MORE.
