Puppetized Tomahawk come in with a Left Hook in New “South Paw” Video

“South Paw” might be one of the finest tracks on Tomahawk’s early 2013 release Oddfellows, and yet it’s somehow eluded my attention until now. I listened to the album when it came out and liked it just fine, but this song… I dunno, I missed it. I guess it takes creepy, puppetized versions of Patton, Denison and co. to pull me away from Babymetal for long enough to give it a shot.

Whatever: this song rules. And so does this video. They must’ve had a blast making it. Maybe some day an enterprising MetalSucks reader will make puppetized version of me, Axl, Anso, Kip and the rest of the crew? Actually, wait, no… don’t do that. That’d be way too creepy. Just watch this puppetized Protest the Hero video instead if you’re left feeling unfulfilled from your Tomahawk experience.
