This Stream of the New Code Orange Album is King

Two weeks ago, I didn’t even know I was excited for I Am King, the new album from Code Orange (né Code Orange Kids). Now the whole album is streaming online and I’m as giddy as Lucas Mann the day a new Guitar Pro update comes out. I Am King is superior sludge, the kind of album where it almost sounds as though the guitars are dropping, and it’s definitely turning out to be one of my favorite albums of 2014 thus far. It’s one of those records that works regardless of your mood –it works both as a rage-fueled mosh fest and a feel-good head bopper. You need to check this shit out.
