Machine Head Endure a “Night of Long Knives”

It takes balls for a band to write a song about Charles Manson, ’cause it’s been done plenty of times before. But Machine Head aren’t just any band, and their particular contribution to the pantheon of Manson-themed songs, “Night of Long Knives,” is so brutal it’s not hard to imagine Mr. Manson and his followers using it as a soundtrack for their night of… well… y’know.

Bonus: did anyone ever think Roman Polanski would get name dropped in a metal song???
