Geoff Tate’s Operation: Mindcrime, featuring Geoff Tate, the voice of Queensrÿche’s Operation: Mindcrime, have released the debut single from their debut album, The Key. It’s called “Re-Inventing the Future.” So, of course, it sounds like it was written in 1987.
The good news, Tate has set the bar so low for himself that this may be the least embarrassing thing he’s released in years.
The Key comes out September 18 on Frontiers.
