Trapped in the Closet is a modern masterpiece. Not in an ironic, “Ha ha, look at this ridiculous film” kind of way… it’s a legit fucking masterpiece. R. Kelly is a genius of our times, a true pioneer. Next time you’re watching the series, stop and think about all that must’ve gone into writing, recording and performing it and you’ll have newfound respect for the man as a singer, artist and visionary.
