Gwar, Born of Osiris and Battlecross Announce Massive Fall Tour
Like we were just saying, tours with diverse lineups are the best. Variety is the spice of life!
With that in mind, how’s this for a fall tour? Gwar will hit the road with Born of Osiris and Battlecross in tow for a trek that’ll last almost the entire months of October and November. I guess there’s some vague similarity between Gwar and Battlecross — you could make the argument that both bands’ sounds are loosely based on thrash — but that’s a stretch, as those two bands are pretty darned different. And Born of Osiris are completely different from either one.
These tours are also fun because they give Gwar fans an opportunity to be exposed to younger bands they might not’ve previously been aware of. And perhaps Gwar will sell a few extra tickets to Born of Osiris and Battlecross diehards who absolutely must see their favorite band every time through. Everyone wins!
