Unleash a New Windhand Track on Your Thursday
If you’ve been slavering for new Windhand, you’re in luck. The Richmond mind-benders have just a new track via Metal Hammer. It’s called “Hyperion” and comes from their upcoming album Grief’s Internal Flower. You can listen below.
Something that interests me is that Windhand’s last new track premiere happened at the beginning of July, and now they’re dropping another new track two months later? Feels kind of odd, to release a new track from your album more than two months before your upcoming album drops. Did something go down in the interim? A new round of mixes, a song order argument within the band? Obviously, this is baseless speculation. Maybe the band just wanted to give us nine weeks to let the first song set in before they considered the world ready for another taste of the ‘Hand.
