Exclusive Full-Album Stream: Pseudo/Sentai’s Bansheeface

0

Apparently, it took five years to make Bansheeface, the debut album from Pseudo/Sentai. And little wonder — transcriptions of the music contained on the album apparently take up roughly two-hundred pages of sheet music.

That’s a whole lotta notes, but don’t worry: Bansheeface is technical and proggy, but it never devolves into riff salad. Chalk it up to the talent of the band’s members, which include Dysrhythmia drummer Jeff Eber and Bangladeafy bassist/vocalist Jon Ehlers, and the producer of Bansheeface, the great Colin Marston (Dysrhythmia, Gorguts, Krallice, etc.). These are musicians who specialize in making semi-experimental, elastic, and techy-yet-melodious metal, and Pseudo/Sentai only further demonstrates that they are masters of the genre.

MetalSucks is proud to debut Bansheeface for your streaming pleasure below! Pseudo/Sentai will self-release the album this Friday, October 16. Pre-order it here!!!
