Video: Dude Proposes to His Girlfriend at a Korn Meet and Greet

For a genre of music that projects such a tough d00d image, metal sure does seem to attract a lot of romantics. Case in point: we’ve seen a guy propose to a lady at a Fear Factory show, at a Machine Head show, at an Avenged Sevenfold show, at an Amon Amarth show, at a Napalm Death show, and even at a Korn show, which is bonkers, ’cause Korn are about as respectful to women as I am to the music of Korn.

But have we ever seen someone propose at a meet and greet before? Not that I can recall. So kudos to this guy for his originality.

As much as I hate Korn, the band clearly has some special meaning to this couple, and I don’t begrudge them their happiness. I do begrudge them procreating and making new Korn fans, but that’s a whole other issue.
