Babymetal 2016 U.S. Tour Dates!

Yesterday we reported the very exciting news that Babymetal will be releasing a new album and embarking upon a world tour in early 2016. At the time, said world tour had just two dates — one in London and one in Tokyo, both in April.

But — huzzah!! — Metal Insider reports that Babymetal will be coming back to the U.S. again, too. In May, the three young Japanese ladies and their superb backing band be hitting a couple of the “World’s Loudest Month” festivals — Carolina Rebellion and Northern Invasion — and a few theater shows along the East Coast and upper Midwest. Tickets will be available for all the non-festival shows on Friday, December 18, with more info coming here very soon.

Dates below. Don’t snooze, because these shows will definitely sell out! And this is not a show you’ll want to miss; when we saw Babymetal play NYC in the fall of 2014 they were positively captivating.
