The Anchor Make Shepherd’s Pie with The Ghost Inside

Are you having your boss over for dinner but you’re too brutal to own a cookbook? Do you need to wow someone for that big promotion but can’t understand anything unless it’s screamed at you? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then you’re in luck, because Denver metalcore band The Anchor just covered a The Ghost Inside song and turned it into an instructional video for cooking shepherd’s pie.

But in addition to being a fantastic way to learn how to make delicious food, The Anchor are also donating all of the proceeds made from the song to The Ghost Inside, who of course were involved in a bus crash last November that left two people dead and many seriously injured.
