Korn Überfans in Suicide Silence Working with Producer Ross Robinson

It’s no secret that the dudes in Suicide Silence are massive fans of both Korn and Slipknot. So when they posted a photo of themselves with Ross Robinson — who has produced both of those bands — Metal Injection surmised that they were working with Robinson on their new album.

Suicide Silence vocalist Eddie Hermida (also of All Shall Perish fame) has now confirmed as much via Twitter:

I so closely associate Robinson with nu-metal (in addition to Korn and Slipknot, he also worked with Limp Bizkit, Soulfly, Cold, and, err, Vanilla Ice) that I often fail to give him credit for the good work he’s done (Iowa, Norma Jean, presumably the new Red Fang album). So I think this will be okay. Although I’m still glad he didn’t produce The Satanist. Some things are sacred, dawg.
