Rob Scallon and Sarah Longfield Cover Cannibal Corpse on the Ukulele
When Rob Scallon and Sarah Longfield covered Slayer’s “Payback” on the ukulele a couple of weeks ago, MS scribe Emperor Rhombus remarked that he hoped the two would collaborate on more projects in the future.
Well, the future is now: Scallon and Longfield are together again (or actually at the same session as the above, from the looks of it) covering Cannibal Corpse’s “Evidence in the Furnace.” As usual, the whole “metal played on non-metal instruments” gag is fun to listen to, but Longfield’s brutal vocals add an extra element of entertainment this time around.
