Trivium have been the brunt of a little bit of internet hatred over the years… to put it mildly.

So, to celebrate the reissue of the band’s breakthrough debut, Ember to Inferno (out now!), we’ve enlisted frontman/guitarist Matt Heafy for a very special feature: tonight, through streaming live video on the MetalSucks Facebook page, Heafy will be reading and responding to terrible things MetalSucks commenters have said to him over the years. Axl and Vince have painstakingly sorted through years of venom directed at the band and Heafy himself and picked some of the very best comments for him to read, and though we don’t wanna ruin the surprise for you… yeah, sorry, you’re just gonna have to tune in to find out. This should be fun. Really fucking fun.

And, best of all, Facebook Live allows for commenting in real time… meaning you’ll be able to continue to give Matt your best right then and there. And who knows, maybe he’ll respond to you, too!
