Also of potential interest to metal fans: Metallica’s “Hardwired” was nominated for “Best Rock Song.” Metallica finally release something undeniably metal for the first time in twenty-five years and it gets a Rock nomination because The Grammys.

ANYWAY, who’ll win the mother of all tchotkes? I’d love to see it go to Baroness, Gojira, or Periphery, but I imagine Megadeth and Korn have the advantage by virtue of the fact that they’re more famous.
