It’s no secret that Vancouver is one of the world’s most evil locales. After all, it gave us Nickelback and Michael Bublé. The city was clear built on top of an ancient Native American burial ground or something. There are levels of Hell that have never spewed forth such heinous miscreants.

So it’s really saying something that Wormwitch are possibly the scariest thing to ever emerge from that scary, scary town. On “Everlasting Lie,” the lead single their Prosthetic debut, Strike Mortal Soil, the trio mixes black metal, thrash, and Motörhead-esque Everything Louder than Everything Else rock into one terrifyingly vile package. “Everlasting Lie” is so filthy, you’ll feel like you need a shower after listening to it; playing it in the vicinity of plants will result in the withering and death of those plants; let an innocent child hear, and you’ll risk their sanity.

This. Shit. Is. AWESOME.

MetalSucks is proud to present “Everlasting Lie,” which you can check out via the below video! Strike Mortal Soil comes out May 12, and can be pre-ordered here. The band goes on tour with Numenorean starting in June; get dates at the bottom of this post!
