This New Fleshkiller Track (Ex-Extol) is Off the Chain

Norwegian progressive metal legends Extol’s 2013 reunion album was a remarkable return to form: it delivered everything longtime fans of the band had been hoping for.

Those disappointed by the band’s hasty retreat back into hiatus following that album can rejoice knowing that Fleshkiller, Extol mastermind Ole Børud new outfit, are picking up the torch right where Extol left off. You’re gonna love the band’s debut track, “Parallel Kingdom,” I promise: it’s like Extol’s most recent album, but MORE. More of everything!

Fleshkiller’s debut album Awaken will come out in September of this year via Indie Recordings. Here’s the band’s full lineup:

Ole Børud: guitar/vocals (Extol)
Elisha Mullins: guitar/vocals (The burial, A hill to die upon)
Ole Vistnes: bass (Shining, Tristania)
Andreas Skorpe Sjøen: drums (Umpfel)
