Man Arrested for Pissing on a Family at a Metallica Concert

0

World, meet Daniel Daddio. This 44-year-old charmer was arrested for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct following Metallica’s performance at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ this past Friday, August 4. Why, you ask? Oh, well, y’know. During the show, he may have peed on a family of three, including a ten-year-old girl. NBD.

In the middle of the concert, the family “felt warm liquid washing over their backs and legs,” according to a Lambgoat report on an ABC15 report (below). When the father whipped around to figure out what was going on, he found Daddio holding his dingus. Daddio, caught, is said to have simply shrugged. Because when you gotta go, you gotta go, right?

The cops say Daddio was “heavily intoxicated at the time.” It’s good to at least know this guy isn’t just going around peeing on innocent, Metallica-loving families for no reason. Meanwhile, when Daddio appeared in court, the judge called his actions “really inappropriate.” So that oughta teach ‘im but good.

What we do not currently know is during what song in the band’s set the incident occurred. Looking at the band’s set list from that evening’s performance, it does seem as though there were few bathroom breaks worked into the show; if only they had played “The Memory Remains” a little later in the concert, this all may have been avoided. This is why it’s so important that bands don’t blow their shittiest material too early in a set. It takes a minute for beer to reach your bladder.
